Very Good. Gently used, lightly bumped at head of spine and front fore-corner, 5mm tear to margin of page 5 (no loss), something appears to have been tipped in and then removed from inside the back cover).

According to the National Library of Australia this was one of 3 booklets for children distributed through Shell garages in the 1920s. One of the others is The Sentry and the Shell Fairy, written by George W. Martin and illustrated by Ida Rentoul Outhwaite (also in our online catalogue).
